Chief Engagement Officer

Zengeziwe Msimang is Chief Engagement Officer at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. She leads key partnerships to enable Harambee’s vision for systems change. Zengeziwe brings two decades of experience working across government, the private sector and civil society. She is a skilled communicator with a proven track record of building stakeholder alliances that deliver meaningful impact. Zeng most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of the Oliver & Adelaide Tambo Foundation and spent nearly a decade prior to that working in South Africa’s public sector. She is a graduate of the University of Cape Town and has lived across southern Africa, Canada, Kenya and Ethiopia.
