Sandile Gwala

Non-executive Board Member

Sandile is the co-founder and CEO of SoluGrowth, where he brings over 21 years of experience in outsourcing and managed services. Previously, he headed up the Business Process Solutions (BPS) division and served as an executive partner at Deloitte Africa for seven years. In early 2018, he led the management buyout of the BPS business, resulting in SoluGrowth. He has served as a client service partner for government clients in South Africa, where he led turnaround initiatives at public entities in insurance, municipalities, broadcasting, education and training industries. Sandile currently serves as the chairman of the Gauteng branch of BPESA (Business Process Enabling South Africa). Sandile holds a B Com, Post Grad in Computer Auditing and an MBA.
