Lebo Nke

Chief Culture Officer

Lebo Nke is the Chief Culture Officer at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. She leads partnerships and advocacy efforts where she engages with Harambee’s partners across the private, public and social sectors and directs our investments in our people and organisational culture. Lebo brings 18 years of experience in organisational change management, having worked at Accenture and De Beers Group before serving as the Managing Director of Converse Consulting and Management Services, which was acquired by Ernst & Young. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and a Masters degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD – France, Fontainebleau Campus.
